Route 10 from the Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) application was selected and approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) for construction. Data layers such as parcel boundaries are obtained from third-party sources and may vary from the actual boundaries. Digitization of preliminary alternative segments and the approximate right-of-way is based on interpretation of these features and aerial photography. The represented centerline and approximate right-of-way is subject to modification based on ground surveys and detailed engineering design.
