All routes and route segments included in the notice of the Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) application filing will be available for selection and approval by the PUCT. Only one route utilizing a forward progressing end-to-end combination of alternative segments will ultimately be selected and approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) for construction.

Data layers such as parcel boundaries are obtained from third-party sources and may vary from the actual boundaries. Digitization of preliminary alternative segments and the approximate right-of-way is based on interpretation of these features and aerial photography. Once an alternative route is selected and approved by the PUCT, the represented centerline and approximate right-of-way is subject to modification based on ground surveys and detailed engineering design.
